This work eliminated an annual subscription for 3rd-party conversion.
- Installed enterprise-wide systems and trained end-users in the operation of Oracle web reports menu, Oracle Forms, and Reports; programmed and automated a laptop maintenance system in Oracle Forms that interfaces with the helpdesk tracking system to create work-order tickets.
- Developed Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes to acquire and load data from internal and external sources while working closely with the Encounter and Finance/Reinsurance teams for the automation of Excel spreadsheets imports into Oracle reports using PL/SQL, massively increasing the performance of a department.
